Giving made easy

Let’s face it, we all have obligations in our lives, and while we appreciate the importance of giving tzedakah and supporting Chabad, it doesn’t always happen despite our good intentions.  The beauty of Dollar Daily is that it costs less than your morning cup of coffee and once you sign up, tzedakah is part of your day, every day.  Best of all, by pooling the contributions of the entire DollarDaily community, your contribution becomes even more meaningful and will have a significant impact on the life of that day’s chosen beneficiary.

How it works

Giving a dollar a day to help Shluchim (and their communities) with their holy work couldn’t possibly be easier through our automated system.  Choose either the $32.25 monthly option or the $385 yearly option to become part of the Dollar Daily community for whatever period of time suits you best.  Please note that in order to ensure that each community gets a full dollar from every donor, your charge will actually be a tiny bit more than $1 per day to cover credit card transaction fees and Dollar Daily’s minimal operational costs.  Best of all, DollarDaily is completely transparent - all of the details of where your dollar is going are clearly listed on our calendar page, information that will also be delivered directly in your inbox on a daily basis.

Partner with our shluchim

While being a shaliach is incredibly rewarding, it isn't always easy, and contrary to popular belief, Chabad houses are FULLY self-supporting, and shluchim receive extremely limited funding and NO salaries. In addition to being far from home and doing without the conveniences of living in an established Jewish community, shluchim rely solely on donations to cover their operational costs, and many face personal hardships, which is what DailyDollar is all about.   Most of us won’t miss having one less dollar in our wallets at the end of the day, and by joining the DollarDaily, we can partner with our shluchim in all that they do.  Think of your contribution as a daily pat on the back to our shluchim, but we are right there in the trenches with them.

About us

Your dollar helping shluchim worldwide

Dollar Daily is so much more than just a fundraising platform. Sure, we are honored to be able to help Chabad shluchim all over the world with their personal finances, but Dollar Daily is all about being there for each other and appreciating that when we work together, our small contributions can actually have a huge impact.

Rabbi Mendel and Chani Leiberow, Chabad South County, Morgan Hill, California On the Cutting Edge of Shlichus

Rabbi Mendel and Chani Leiberow, Chabad South County, Morgan Hill, California   On the Cutting Edge of Shlichus   By: Chaya Chazan   Although both my wife and I grew up in large Jewish communities, shlichus was a recurring theme and a strong influence throughout our childhoods.   I remember, as a first grader, when my principal asked our class what we wanted to be when we grew up. Rather than the expected answers of “policeman” or “fireman,” I, along with many of my classmates, proudly answered, “A shliach!”   Our lives were filled with mivtzoyim, and learning the Rebbe’s sichos where he spoke so fervently about the importance of being a light unto others.   So, from the get go, we agreed our dream would be to build a Chabad house.   Baruch Hashem, most cities with sizable Jewish populations already have a shliach. When we heard about Morgan Hill, i...
